Elderflower Gin Punch recipe
For six folks
Components
- 210 ml gin
- 90ml Elderflower Syrup
- 90 ml lemon juice
- 12 dashes Angostura Orange Bitters (non-obligatory)
- 450 ml glowing wine, to prime up
- Lemon wheels and edible flowers, to garnish
Methodology
- Add the gin, elderflower syrup, lemon juice and Angostura orange bitters (if utilizing) to a punch bowl or pitcher with ice and stir vigorously to chill and skinny your cocktail.
- Prime up with the glowing wine, garnish with the lemon slices and edible flowers and serve.
