Barbecue Halloumi, Potato and Jalapeños with Bitter Cream

Typically it’s also good to bake the perimeters on the barbecue. These skewers are tasty and will even function a major dish with some salad.
Barbecue halloumi, potato and jalapeños with bitter cream – for 4 individuals
- 1 pack of 225 g halloumi cheese, minimize into 3 cm items
- 500 g child potatoes, cooked till executed
- 2 jalapeño peppers (or different inexperienced peppers), chopped and seeds eliminated
- 1 massive pink onion, sliced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil, plus extra to serve
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 lemon, quartered
- 150 grams of bitter cream
- chili flakes, to serve
Place the halloumi, cooked potatoes, jalapeños and onion in a big bowl. Add the olive oil, paprika and juice of two lemon quarters. Season with salt and limbs and blend gently along with your palms.
Thread onto metallic skewers and prepare dinner on the barbecue for 5-10 minutes, turning, till golden brown and evenly charred.
Grill the additional lemon quarters on the barbecue whereas the skewers are cooking.
Season the bitter cream with pinch of salt.
Place the skewers on a platter and drizzle with the bitter cream. Drizzle over some olive oil and the juice of the barbecued lemons and sprinkle with a couple of chilli flakes.
