Rooster With Leek & Orzo

Rooster with leek & orzo – 3 p
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 6 giant hen thighs

Warmth the oil in a big, deep frying pan. Brown the hen thighs nicely on each side, take away and put aside.

Add the inventory and stir with a wood spoon till it boils, then add half the lemon, the peppercorns and 1 tsp salt. Divide the orzo over it and prepare dinner for 3 minutes. Return the hen to the pan, cowl and bake for 35 minutes.
