  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Shaoxing rice wine
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 20 spherical dumpling sheets

  • 2.5 cm ginger, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
