From rematches and bombshells galore to shock dumps and the return of one of the show’s most iconic contestants, it’s kept us glued to our screens night after night.
There’s so much more to come, including the inevitable appearance of Casa Amor – but nothing lasts forever, of course, and many are already wondering when the finale of this series will air.
Has the date already been confirmed? Here’s what we know so far…
When would Love Island 2023 end?
As it stands, the date for the Love Island finale is yet to be confirmed.
However, when the series started on June 5, it was revealed that it would run for about eight weeks.
That would put us around late July or early August, meaning the finale could potentially air on Monday, July 31, or sometime in the first week of August.
However, until ITV confirms the date, nothing is certain.
The current series started with 10 new islanders moving into the villa in Mallorca, and the viewers again voted for them to be matched.
We’ve since parted ways with some of them in a number of shock dumps, with George Fensom, Ruchee Gurung, Andre Furtado, Molly Marsh, and Mehdi Edno among the original contestants who’ve already been dumped.
We’ve also seen bombshells, including Charlotte Sumner and Mal Nicol making early exits – as well as the shocking return of 2016’s Kady McDermott, who wasted no time in causing chaos at the villa.
When is Love Island on?
The series airs every night from Sunday to Friday on ITV2 at 9pm.
There will be no new episode on Saturday, instead viewers will be treated to Love Island: Unseen Bits, a compilation of unbroadcast footage from the past week at the villa.
If you miss episodes, you can catch up on ITVX.
Love Island continues at 9pm on ITV2.
