Filled with romance, heartbreak and plenty of drama, Love Island is an absolute TV staple.

The ITV2 series has created many couples – some of whom have stood the test of time, moved in, got engaged, married and even welcomed children together.

While Love Island’s most recent Winter series has already seen its fair share of breakups, there is still hope for love as many couples are still together after the Villa.

From Molly-Mae and Tommy, Camilla and Jamie, OG’s Cara and Nathan to Jess and Dom – it’s nice to know that not all Love Island couples call it quits after a few months.

Let’s take a look back at the Love Island couples that are still going strong.

The full list of Love Island couples still together

Finn Tapp and Paige Turley

Fin Tapp and Paige Turley won Love Island’s first ever winter series (series six) in 2020, splitting the £50,000 prize money between them.

The couple moved in together during the 2020 lockdown and still live together in a flat in Manchester.

However, sources have recently claimed that the pair have ‘split’, though they have yet to confirm the news.

A source claimed that the couple realized their relationship “wasn’t forever,” despite them having “got it right” over the past few years.

“Paige and Finn have done really well, but they’re still super young and finally decided it wasn’t forever,” they told The Sun.

“Paige is spending some time in Scotland figuring out what she wants to do next.”

Sanam Harrinanan and Kai Fagan

Sanam Harrinanan and Kai Fagan took victory at the Winter Love Island 2023 series.

They went exclusive during their time on the show, despite not initially being paired together.

Jessie Wynter and Will Young

While Will’s time at the Villa was short-lived, his romance with fellow contestant Jessie appears not to be.

The beloved couple survived Casa Amor – just about – and left the show arm in arm after finishing in fifth place.

Lana Jenkins and Ron Hall

After pairing up from day one, Love Island 2023 favorites Lana and Ron are still going strong now that the show is over.

Ron was the first contestant on the series to make Lana his official girlfriend, despite getting to know some of the great contestants.

Shaq Muhammed and Tanya Manhenga

Their fellow islanders called them incompatible, but Shaq and Tanya seem to prove this untrue as their relationship is still going strong.

The pair became the first to share “I love yous” during their run, eventually placing fourth in the final.

Callum Jones and Molly Smith

This couple has proven that a bad start doesn’t always ruin the future of the relationship.

Callum Jones and Molly Smith, from series six in 2022, teamed up for the first time in a dramatic Casa Amour episode, prompting Callum to dump Shaughna Phillips upon his return to the main villa.

This month they celebrated their three-year anniversary with the couple regularly posting loved-up photos on their Instagram pages.

Nas Majeed and Eva Zapico

Nas Majeed, another couple who paired up after the 2020 Casa Amor episode, was originally linked to Demi Jones, but shocked viewers when he dated Eva Zapico.

However, it was a gamble that paid off as the couple is still happily together three years later.

Nas and Eva regularly share funny short skits on their social media pages, with Nas recently announcing that the pair would be moving in together.

Molly Mae Haag and Tommy Fury

Perhaps one of the most famous pairings to come out of Love Island is Tommy Fury and Molly-Mae Hague.

The influencer couple came second in the show’s fifth series, which aired in the summer of 2019.

Molly-Mae regularly appears at Tommy Fury’s boxing matches, and the pair share beloved updates with their fans on social media.

The couple first moved in together in a swanky Manchester block, which was sadly broken into in October 2021. The pair have since moved into a £4 million mansion.

The couple welcomed their first child, Bambi, earlier this year, with Molly-Mae sharing her pregnancy journey with fans — including the highs and lows.

Lucie Donlan and Luke Mabbott

Lucie Donlan from Love Island series five and Luke Mabbott from series six may not have appeared on the same series, but they are on the same page when it comes to their relationship.

The happy couple met in July 2020, it is implied – as Lucie revealed she first messaged Luke on social media.

Speaking to The Sun, she said: “It’s like a dream come true, when we go out people think it’s Bieber.

“I’ve always had a crush on him and when I saw he was single I slipped into his DMs. If you like someone, just go for it. We went on a picnic.’

Luke shared a video on Instagram and replied, “2020 has been a very strange year with its ups and downs. I was lucky enough to meet my best friend and soulmate! Many more adventures with you in 2021.”

The happy couple got engaged in December 2021, meaning a Love Island wedding is on the way.

Alex and Olivia Bowen

Speaking of weddings… Alex Bowen and Olivia (née Buckland) are one of the show’s biggest success stories.

The series two couple, which aired in 2016, were the very first Love Islanders to make it all the way down the aisle from the island.

Alex and Olivia married in 2018 and moved into a five-bedroom property in the countryside, the renovations of which they constantly shared with fans on Instagram.

In 2021, they revealed plans to try for a baby once the ongoing coronavirus pandemic is over.

And luckily, on June 10, 2022, Olivia gave birth to the couple’s first child – a baby boy named Abel Jacob Bowen.

Cara De La Hoyde and Nathan Massey

Another couple who tied the knot were Cara De La Hoyde and Nathan Massey, aka the winners of Love Island series two in 2015.

The couple married in 2018 in a romantic ceremony in Canterbury, Kent, three years after winning their series.

They share two children together, son Freddie and daughter Delilah.

Jess Scharnen and Dom Lever

Jess Shears and Dom Lever met on series three of Love Island in 2017 and got married the following year in 2018 on the Greek island of Mykonos.

In 2019, the couple welcomed a son, Presley, and in 2022, they welcomed their second child, a second baby boy whose name has not been made public.

Jess and Dom currently live in Devon.

Camilla Thurlow and Jamie Jewitt

Camilla Thurlow and Jamie Jewitt, who also met in the third series of Love Island.

This couple welcomed a baby girl named Nell in October 2020 and officially tied the knot in September 2021.

They welcomed their second baby, a girl named Nora Bell, on May 27, 2022.

Yes, last year’s winners who captured the hearts of the country are still going strong.

Despite a turbulent on-screen relationship, the pair are still together and there are even engagement rumors on the card.

The couple moved in together in 2022 and shared a lavish apartment in London.

Despite a rough time at the villa thanks to the drama of Casa Amor, Indiyah Polack and Dami Hope still seem to be going strong.

The pair regularly share updates on their Instagram pages after officially becoming boyfriend and girlfriend on last year’s show.

Tasha Ghouri and Andrew Le Page

Tasha and Andrew were the first couple to express their love for each other on Love Island last year.

And despite Casa Amor nearly tearing them apart, the couple is still together.

The pair even got matching tattoos to express their love after leaving the villa — now that’s commitment.
