This French provincial type property on 26 acres of Greenwich was constructed by Hobbs, Inc. and designed by Ralph Mackin of Mackin Architects with interiors by Alexa Hampton. The principle home has granite lintels, limestone surrounds, bronze metallic home windows, a thick stepped slate roof, and copper scuppers and runners with botanically detailed particulars, and features a four-car storage and an indoor swimming pool. A two-story oak paneled lobby options vintage limestone imported from France inlaid between oak accents. Distinctive options embrace a chic breakfast room with tiered cornice and wainscoting, pool home with timber roof and full size skylight, terraced gardens, pavilion and out of doors tennis courts.
